Grapples PA/FA/PH/PI
The range of GF front grapples and forks is used to carry out waste or recycling material collection work, agricultural material collection, moving building materials or other.
It consists of: agricultural grapple, agricultural fork, industrial grapple and heavy duty grapple.
All models are made with a sturdy structure, in order to withstand any type of stress and to ensure excellent durability over time. La struttura realizzata in Hardox e Strenx consente alla trinciatrice forestale frontale di avere una grande resistenza agli urti e di avere una lunga durata nel tempo.
L’abbattirami meccanico superiore garantisce un’ottima protezione alla cabina della macchina nei confronti dei tronchi che possono cadere una volta abbattuti con la trinciatrice forestale frontale.
Il motore a pistoni permette di avere una ottima resa e di sostenere ritmi di lavoro elevati.
Il cofano anteriore è apribile idraulicamente per poter ispezionare il rotore e per poter effettuare qualsiasi tipo di manutenzione su di esso.
Per i modelli TFM il rotore è composto da utensili mobili a scomparsa; mentre per i modelli TFF da utensili fissi con inserto antiusura.
Tutti i modelli sono provvisti di un gruppo valvole idraulico che possa proteggere il motore idraulico della trinciatrice frontale di fronte a picchi di pressione che possono verificarsi durante il lavoro.
Inoltre è presente un rullo di appoggio regolabile in altezza per garantire stabilità alla trinciatrice, in aggiunta alle due robuste slitte laterali realizzate in acciaio antiusura, sostituibili.

The PA agricultural grapple models are equipped with an upper bite controlled by a hydraulic cylinder in order to contain agricultural materials during transport.

The FA agricultural fork models are equipped with removable lower tips, in order to collect agricultural material.

Industrial grapple:
The PI industrial grapple is equipped with two robust upper clamps that can be operated independently of each other by two hydraulic cylinders in order to retain even the heaviest materials during transport. The collection bucket guarantees a good containment capacity. To increase the storage capacity of the bucket, two side closures are available on request, which allow to increase the load of the industrial grapple.
Heavy duty grapple:
The heavy duty PH grapple is equipped with two sturdy upper claws that can be operated independently of each other by two hydraulic cylinders in order to retain even the heaviest materials during transport. The lower part is composed of sturdy detachable points to be able to collect heavy and irregular material, such as scrap, waste, or other.
